Tri-Mentoring / Tutorship

Prices start at £45.00 per hour.
We offer:

• Traditional: One-on-one Mentoring, in person – within good travelling distance to Clitheroe.

• Distance Mentoring: A mentoring relationship in which the two parties are in different locations but communicate via Skype or Teams.

• Group Mentoring: A single mentor hosts a feedback group with a cohort of mentees.

All writers write differently, each with their own style, whilst many write but don’t get far, and then delete it to start afresh. It’s deeply frustrating, and can slow you down, which is where I can help, and with a fresh pair of eyes, allow me to offer you the tutoring support that you need.

Literary Services

Prices start at £75.00 (pending novel size).

As a Manuscript Analyst I can help you to get your novel, poetry or manuscript into the best possible publication shape.

• I will do my best to help improve your chances, and provide you with a true representation of how successful you book is likely to be in the open literary market with either a Literary Agent or reputable Publisher.

• If you would rather follow the self-publish route, again, I can provide advice on how best to make sure your work-in-progress book looks professional and help prep it ready for publication.

I can offer a 1-3 page report based on plot, theme, milieu, characterisation, and dialogue, noting any possible story pitfalls, and areas for improvement.
